Familia Parts delivers to eligible commercial locations throughout our service area. Delivery options and estimated arrival times are confirmed based on product availability and destination.

How delivery works

• Delivery is for commercial customers, at the business address on the order.
• There is no customer pickup and no public counter.
• Availability is confirmed before an order is treated as ready to deliver.
• A delivery date is not guaranteed on this page. It is confirmed with the order.

Receiving an order

Inspect parts when they arrive. If something is damaged or does not match the order, contact us before installing it. Return handling is described in the Terms of Service.
